WHEN DO YOU DROP YOUR PRODUCTS

Since this is a solo operation, most likely not. Unless if there is enough requests to do so, then I will consider doing so.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Processing time varies on volume of orders, but usually takes 2-5 days to process.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Depending on the location, orders can take UP to two weeks.

*DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, SHIPMENT MAY BE DELAYED BY THE SHIPPING PROVIDER. I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS, PLEASE BE PATIENT AND THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING!

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?

I am not responsible for lost packages. If you would like to apply a signature confirmation on your order, please refer to the contact section or in the process of completing your order.

TRACKING INFORMATION STATES PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT IT IS NOT.

Once a package has been "Delivered", there is nothing I can do. Please contact your local post office to further inquire about the package's whereabouts.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Currently only in North America and the United States. In the future, I will look into shipping internationally.
